Tucked away only 12 minutes easy drive from Murwillumbah in the beautiful
Upper Crystal Creek Valley is the farm stay you're looking for when you want to
stay on a "real" working farm, but with all the comforts of home and the
fixtures of a 5 star resort.
Valley View Hideaway Cottage is a two bedroom creek-side retreat which opened
in April 2009 on Donna and Stuarts 35 acre horse and cattle property.
There's only one cottage on the farm, so if one couple book then no other
guest bookings are taken for that time ~ just remember to specify which
room you would like made up, the red and black "Oriental Room" or very
green "Wasabi" room.
Naturally,
Valley View is perfect for two couples travelling together. However due to
the nature of unfenced farm dams and the nearby creek, children of any age
are not catered for.
Pets are not allowed as the resident farm cat, dogs,
horses, pet sheep and adjisted cattle wouldn't approve.
Both bedrooms have identical spa ensuite bathrooms with separate
walk-in showers.
The Oriental looks out to the large farm dams and Springbrook in the
distance, whilst the Wasabi looks in the direction of Mt Warning.
Valley View is a self-catering cottage, with microwave, full size
fridge and gas bbq on the covered patio. Polished
concrete floors throughout, leather sofas, tv, dvd, air-conditioning
and gas wood fire ensure you are comfortable all year round. |
